Account Manager (Contract)

This will be a contract position from July 2019 to January 2020 with an opportunity to extend or convert to a full-time position.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Account Executive or Associate Account Manager in a digital marketing agency.
  • A strong people person and be passionate about all things digital, including marketing, media and advertising.
  • Proven account management experience working on accounts on regional and/or local levels, involved actively in growing existing accounts.
  • Experience in managing and executing digital and marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B clients such as social media campaign, email marketing, brand awareness, programmatic media, performance marketing, content marketing, creation of websites and apps, lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in marketing, communications or digital marketing.
  • Eye for details, organised and able to multi-task several clients and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude. Persuasive and confident with ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of creative processes, digital media tactics, and digital strategies.

Responsibilities

  • To act as a point of contact for all client requests and day-to-day handling of clients and campaigns. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Work with production and digital marketing teams on required deliverables, and manage client expectations by identifying and delivering the best possible digital solutions and client service level. Ensure quality of all works before delivery to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal/external/remote teams to execute campaigns.
  • Manage campaign execution to ensure overall strategy is on-point.
  • Ensure high-quality campaign work is delivered on budget and on time, and manage vendors and invoicing.
  • Manage analytics reviews with internal teams and clients for campaign optimisation.
  • Participate in winning potential clients through pitching of ideas.
  • Stay tuned to new digital trends, industry innovation through self-managed research and learning.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of Strategic DigitaLab’s service offerings.
  • Any other assignments assigned by supervisor.

SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing and Account Servicing teams to achieve our client’s growth goals.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of SEO experience preferably with a digital marketing agency, hands-on experience on major aspects of both On-page and Off-page SEO. Ideal candidate should have a track record and being able to put websites on first page of google search results.
  • Experience in SEM (Google Ads/Adwords) is a plus.
  • Well-versed in digital marketing with experience in various organic campaigns such as Social Media Marketing and Growth Hacking.
  • Deep understanding of digital media tactics and digital strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics) and translating data into actionable insights and recommend optimisation tactics for greater results.
  • Experience in optimising landing pages, website CMS (Content Management System), copywriting will be a bonus.
  • Well organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively under minimum supervision, in a fast pace environment.
  • Possess valid SEO and Google certifications (preferable).

Responsibilities

  • Help manage and execute various SEO tasks which include but not limited to website audits, competitor analysis, keyword research and optimisation, link building, research and analysis, reporting.
  • Perform daily optimisation of campaigns, budget allocation, bid management, ad creative and landing page testing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation.
  • Track and prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports and dashboards with data obtained for regular updates on content performance and inform stakeholders of campaign results. Recommend various seo campaign optimisation tactics and follow through.
  • Measure campaign performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Assist in gathering and sharing data and insights on digital tools and platforms to develop campaign strategies.

This is a remote position working on a full-time setup between 9.30am to 6.30pm (gmt+8) Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be given a full-time employee contract.

Full Stack Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Development (website frontend and backend):

  • Create and develop original various JS based animations, games, HTML5 apps, WordPress themes, websites, plugins, RESTful APIs, social apps, mobile apps.
  • Design, implement, and maintain online products using multiple languages including but not limited to: PHP, JS, SQL, CSS3, HTML5, ReactJS, NodeJS including media queries and Responsive Web Design techniques.
  • Work on various backend applications using Python.
  • Design SQL or NoSQL databases as per the requirement of projects with scalability and optimisation of resources.
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, React JS, Redux, etc.
  • Good understanding of JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJs, AngularJS, NodeJS, BackboneJS, and etc.
  • Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop is a plus.
  • Write code that not only works but also conforms to best practices so that others can understand and edit your work without issue.
  • Develop new user interfaces to enhance web presence and applications.
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies and following the same.
  • Maintain and develop existing applications; create and maintain project documentation.

Creative Design (visual design and front-end website development):

  • Create elegant UI experiences with CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery that are backward compatible and accessible.
  • Style look and feel of client websites utilising CSS3, Javascript/jQuery.
  • Create landing page executions for A/B testing.
  • Create visual design assets including digital and print advertising, animations, integrated marketing collateral.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years experience.
  • Solid skills: NodeJS, ReactJs, Bootstrap 4, PHP/MYSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of OP; experience with APIs; experience with Git.
  • Basic knowledge of Python and various social media APIs.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (certification a plus).
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills, with the ability to accurately handle multiple, simultaneous activities on tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Data Analysis and the ability to turn data into information and insight is desired but not required.
  • Able to speak, write and understand English.

Digital Strategist

A young and dynamic digital marketing agency is looking for a Digital Strategist. You will work closely with the team to strategise for the agency’s clients and to help the agency grow the business. You will set the strategic direction of each campaign and help drive the business of the agency. Have led campaigns from concept to execution, measurement and optimisation.
  • Understanding of analytics and how to translate data into information and actionable insights for clients. Experience in Google Analytics and any other web analytics tools is essential.
  • Research to identify digital and marketing trends and insights, and possess data-driven skills to analyse and develop useful reports and recommendations.
  • Knowledge and experience in social listening tools and reporting will be an added advantage.
