The Goal
DirectHome offers a great product proposition. Though its platform, property owners, buyers, and tenants can transact with each other directly, bypassing agents and thus saving money in the process. The challenge for this newcomer was raising awareness about their service within the already populated property markets, and driving traffic to their online portal.
The Approach
We conducted a digital audit, created various creative assets such as blog posts and a video to communicate the benefits of using DirectHome’s online services. We also advised the client on best practices for their website infrastructure and user experience. Multiple digital channels were used to amplify the messages, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Social Media Marketing.
The Result
The overall efforts translated to a surge of listings and subscriptions on their online portal and increase in ranking on the search engine results page.
